During these uncertain and unprecedented times, we all want to know what can we do as individuals to protect ourselves and our families against contracting the COVID-19 virus. In addition to the standard protocols of washing our hands frequently, physical distancing and self isolating, how can we bolster our immune systems to reduce the risk of transmission and help our bodies fight it off if we do get it? Is there some way to support ourselves emotionally, if we are feeling extra stressed out during this time?

There are several supplements and herbs that can be used preventatively to help strengthen the immune system that include, but are not limited to:

Get outside for fresh air and put your bare feet in the earth for grounding.
